Jimmy died recently. Clowns are like a palate-cleansing sorbet between courses,
relieving tension from the previous act, before the next dangerous performance.
Many of the world's most respected comedians – Charlie Chaplin, Buster
Keaton, Laurel and Hardy, W.C.Fields and the Marx Brothers – all initially
trained as clowns.
