and Mary, in their changing room at Blackpool Tower, 1974. José and
Mary, a Spanish couple, performed a perch act. José would hold a perch
above his head and Mary would climb up him and balance on the perch. They
also did a pose act, which consisted of them both spraying themselves with
gold paint and striking poses in the ring.
