Ferenc was a tumbler, a clown and a tiger trainer and performed in Russia before coming to Britain. He used to perform the dangerous sword and dagger act (page 17), but now prefers to hurtle at 60 mph across the big top as the human cannonball - despite the fact that he was once fired too far, missed the net and landed on the floor of the ring on his head.
